I leverage my 10+ years of experience in managing complex projects from initiation to completion. I have a proven track record of defining project scope and objectives, creating detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans, conducting feasibility studies, and overseeing and directing project tasks and deliverables. Skilled in agile, scrum, and waterfall methodologies using Jira, confluence, and Basecamp. In addition to my role at Sterling Tech Solutions, I also serve as an adjunct faculty member at Ashesi University, where I lecture and supervise undergraduate courses in research methods. I am passionate about sharing my knowledge and skills with the next generation of leaders and researchers. I hold a Bachelor of Business Administration from Ashesi University, a master's degree in development studies from the University of Development Studies, and a Certificate in Cybersecurity GRC-IT Audit from Yesyoucan Cybersecure LLC.
